A virtual Meditative Healing session ties together Reiki, qigong, somatic work, breath work, and intuitive clearing.

Though this is reiki energy, this modality is different from a classic Reiki session. During the session, you will experience something similar to a "portal of healing". You will be able to truly FEEL a difference throughout the session, and after.

 

Think of this as a battery being replaced inside of your body - you are recharging, resetting, and regaining control of your energy - "Coming home to yourself".

 

During this session, you will be guided through sound, breath-work, and guidance of where to move your hands. You will also be given a container TO slow down and TO meditate. Though you are using your hands, you will feel "floaty", and calm.

 

You will be led through words that will ground, reset, and raise your vibration. I've curated this session because it's something I wish existed for me. I'd recommend this for you if you are feeling:

 

*Unclear

*Tight in your body/Having digestive upset

*Frazzled or ungrounded

*Disconnected from you or your desires

*In need of a "reset" or rebalance
